ARM: tegra: stingray: Run the WLAN SDIO at 48MHz off PLLM

Run the WLAN SDIO interface at 48MHZ to avoid
EMI with all other supported RF cards in the
device.  The SDIO clock must be generated from the
spectrally clean PLLM.
