arm64: fix typo: s/SERRROR/SERROR/

arm64: fix typo: s/SERRROR/SERROR/

Somehow SERROR has acquired an additional 'R' in a couple of headers.
This patch removes them before they spread further. As neither instance
is in use yet, no other sites need to be fixed up.
