UPSTREAM: dt-bindings: rockchip-dw-mshc: add RK3368 dw-mshc description

rk3368 dtsi file add dw-mshc compatible "rockchip,rk3368-dw-mshc"
but didn't add it into rockchip-dw-mshc.txt.
