fixing rwspinlock test Summary:

Summary:
gcc seems to treat this as declaration:

RWSpinLock::UpgradedHolder ug(
RWSpinLock::WriteHolder(
RWSpinLock::ReadHolder(&lock)));

Test Plan: add LOG(INFO) to make sure the holder converstions did get executed.
