configs: android: Enable CONFIG_INPUT_UINPUT to get aidb working

AIB Daemon expects this config, see bug #1026119
(https://bugs.launchpad.net/linaro-landing-team-arm/+bug/1026119)

Also enable CONFIG_INPUT_MISC as CONFIG_INPUT_UINPUT depends on it.
