ARM64: CrOS: defconfig: update defconfig for chromeos

The CONFIG_ANDROID_PARANOID_NETWORK will block network access on ChromeOS.
Disable it on CrOS.

CONFIG_DRM_DMA_SYNC can be used to synchronize CPU/GPU access to a buffer.
