Adding the function "lookupGCCName" to the MBlazeIntrinsicInfo
class to support the Clang MicroBlaze target.
Additionally, minor fixes which remove some unused PIC code
(PIC is not supported yet in the MicroBlaze backend) and
removed some unused variables.
