Commit a539f3533b78e3 ("mm: add SECTION_ALIGN_UP() and
SECTION_ALIGN_DOWN() macro") introduced the SECTION_ALIGN_UP() and
SECTION_ALIGN_DOWN() macros.  Use those macros to increase code
readability.
