The queue->lock could be grabbed from interrupt context,
which could lead to lockdep panic like this:

kernel: ======================================================
kernel: [ INFO: soft-safe -> soft-unsafe lock order detected ]

This can be fixed by using the irqsave/irqrestore versions
during the queue->lock handling.
