Fix

    drivers/infiniband/hw/ipath/ipath_init_chip.c:526:10: warning: symbol 'val' shadows an earlier one
    drivers/infiniband/hw/ipath/ipath_init_chip.c:473:6: originally declared here

by giving the second val a different name.
