Rename Hal_EfuseWordEnableDataWrite() to Efuse_WordEnableDataWrite()
and remove original EFUSE_GetEfuseDefinition() function,
so that driver can call Hal_EfuseWordEnableDataWrite() directly
without going through Efuse_WordEnableDataWrite().
