Rename this macro to SPAR_DIAG_CHANNEL_OK_CLIENT, fix the CamelCase parameter
and get rid of the unused LogCtx parameter.

pChannel => ch

Fix the indentation and add a blank line after the macro definition so it looks
nicer.
