Some rockchip platforms (e.g. rk3399, rk3328) xHCI controller
support stream for UASP (USB Attached SCSI PROTOCOL), use of
UAS generally provides faster transfers compared to the older
USB Mass Storage Bulk-Only Transport (BOT) drivers.
