- removed brcms_c_write_template_ram function.
- removed brcms_c_mctrl function.
- removed brcms_c_pllreq function.
- removed brcms_c_mhf function.
- removed brcms_c_rate_shm_offset function.
- removed brcms_c_write_hw_bcntemplates function.
