lit.GoogleTest: On case-insensitive filesystem, matching should be case-insensitive...

On MSVS8, ${CMAKE_CFG_INTDIR}, aka $(OutDir), has capitalized name(eg. Debug), although $(OutDir) is made with lower case(eg. debug).
