Subject: e1000e: set bools to true/false instead of 1/0
X-Git-Tag: firefly_0821_release~9833^2~3968^2~250
X-Git-Url: http://demsky.eecs.uci.edu/git/?a=commitdiff_plain;h=564ea9bba1a1380d5474504bcd943ee84075534f;p=firefly-linux-kernel-4.4.55.git

e1000e: set bools to true/false instead of 1/0

Set booleans to 'true' or 'false' to make it clear it is a boolean. Also
change instances of TRUE/FALSE in comments to lowercase true/false.
