dt-bindings: add support Chunghwa CLAA070WP03 800x1280 panel

Chunghwa CLAA070WP03 is 7” color TFT-LCD module composed of LCD
panel, LVDS driver ICs, control circuit and backlight. This module
supports 800x1280 mode.
