Subject: [PATCH] [media] media: davinci: vpif_display: use SIMPLE_DEV_PM_OPS

this patch uses SIMPLE_DEV_PM_OPS, and drops unneeded members
from io_usrs, usrs and makes use of vb2 helepers instead.
